Details

The fact sheets provide a brief overview of government policy, the accompanying policy rationale and a detailed explanation of the measures in the Energy Bill 2015/16, and those which we are seeking to re-introduce later in the Bill’s passage.

These Keeling Schedule shows how the Infrastructure Act 2015, Petroleum Act 1998, Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Energy Act 2004, Energy Act 2008, Energy Act 2011 and Electricity Act 1989 would look when amended by the Energy Bill 2015-16, were the Bill to be enacted at different stages of the Bills progress through Parliament.
