A practical framework for non-domestic energy suppliers and small business consumers, on implementing the 2024 amendments to the The Gas and Electricity Regulated Providers (Redress Scheme) Order 2008.

The framework outlines:

• the implications for the Ofgem Complaints Handling Standards and Supplier Licence Conditions
• the key changes brought about by the amendment
• the necessary adjustments suppliers and small business consumers will need to make in response

The amendments were introduced on 12 September 2024, and take effect on 19 December 2024.
