Details

This SLA sets out the levels of service DVSA is expected to provide during roadside and on-site compliance and enforcement inspections.

The SLA also covers the standards and behaviour which trade associations will encourage their members to adopt when their vehicles, drivers or records are inspected by DVSA.

The SLA’s performance is measured and reviewed on a regular basis through an annual summary published every December.
