Details

England Woodland Creation Offer claim form

Claims for capital work must be made before your agreement’s End of Capital Funding Date. You must have paid for the capital items that you are claiming for, and the payment must have left your bank account before you send us your claim. Any claim you make must be at least £5,000 unless it is your final claim for an outstanding amount. Claims for capital work must be supported with invoices, till receipts or bank statements.

Grant claim declaration form

This form must be submitted alongside your England Woodland Creation Offer claim form.

England Woodland Creation Offer annual maintenance payment claim form

This form is to claim the final five years of Annual Maintenance Payments of your England Woodland Creation Offer (EWCO). Only one form should be submitted in year six of your agreement to claim for your outstanding Annual Maintenance Payments.

England Woodland Creation Offer claim evidence declaration form

Please use this form to detail any elements of your England Woodland Creation Offer (EWCO) agreement where you are unable to provide evidence of expenditure to support your claim such as invoices or till receipts.
