Details

The English Housing Survey (EHS) is a national survey of people’s housing circumstances and the condition and energy efficiency of housing in England.

From time to time, MHCLG commission work to improve EHS data collection and methodology. This report gives the findings from one such piece of work: cognitive testing of a series of questions on whether owner occupied dwellings are owned on a freehold or leasehold basis.
