Revised annex 6 (July 2015).

Revised provider guidance (version 1.6), annexes 1b, 2b and 6 (all June 2015) and new annexes 14 (version 1) and 15 (version 1.1). Provision has been extended to include new claimant groups: Employment and Support Allowance (WRAG) and Income Support (Lone Parents with a youngest child over 3 years of age).
