The Environment Agency’s corporate plan and summary explains our role, priorities and funding for 2014 to 2016. It sets out our aims and performance measures for our organisations and describes how we will work with our partners to create a better place for people and wildlife. This corporate plan has been approved by the Secretary of State for the Department of Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra).
The corporate scorecard shows a high level overview of our performance against 23 measures covering the 5 themes in our corporate plan. The scorecard is reported every 3 months to executive directors, the board and is then made publicly available using this web site. Defra also receive it, and 5 of the measures are reported in more depth to Defra ministers and the Secretary of State for the Environment.
