The environmental minimum requirements (EMR) include the general principles, and the environmental, planning and heritage memorandums. These documents accompany the High Speed Rail (West Midlands – Crewe) Act 2021.
The HS2 Phase 2a Register of Undertakings and Assurances also forms part of the HS2 Phase 2a environmental minimum requirements.
