Details

This environmental risk assessment is part of the Environment Agency’s preparation to regulate carbon capture and storage technology from until 2020 and beyond.

The risk assessment supports the Environment Agency’s corporate strategy commitment to act to reduce climate change and its consequences. This includes using regulatory work to support and develop the use of low carbon technologies such as carbon capture and storage.
