These reports meet the legal obligation for the Insolvency Service to report on our gender pay gap and equality data.

The Insolvency Service and the Civil Service want to create a diverse and representative workplace – one that will attract and retain talented people from all backgrounds, and give everyone, including those already working for us, the opportunity to achieve their potential. It is part of our Five-Year strategy to “Shape” the Agency into a great place to work.
