This is Homes England’s first Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Report which sets out how we will ensure a more inclusive, equal and diverse workplace, and why. More importantly, it gives us a further platform for progress and accountability.

It is also an opportunity for us to take a step back and recognise and celebrate the work we’ve done as an organisation to create an environment where people are encouraged to be themselves and speak up about issues that matter to them.

This report comprises our equality statement and objectives which set out our commitment to equality and the steps we will take to achieve our ambitions, both at Homes England and across the sector.
