Our colleagues are our greatest asset, and we want our Agency to reflect and inspire the diverse communities we’re proud to work with across the country, driving the creation of more high-quality homes and thriving places.

Our second Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Report reflects on the progress we’ve made since our last report in 2020 and sets out our strategy to continue to build a thriving, diverse, and equal workplace.

The report defines our approach, shares feedback from colleagues on our progress to date, looks at our Agency and Senior Leadership Team diversity profiles including ethnic and gender pay gap data, and outlines our ambitions and commitments for the future.
