The report is in three parts:

Information we use to identify equality issues across the organisation

Includes equality monitoring data relating to our workforce and service users, as well as diversity monitoring data from our staff engagement survey.

Mechanisms we use to meet the aims of the public sector equality duty

Includes achievements we have made in our aim to make diversity mainstream across the business.

Diversity improvements planned for 2014

Includes steps to further improve our workforce profile, improve engagement with under-represented groups and make sure our services meet the needs of our diverse customer base.
