There were 2 incidents of equine infectious anaemica (EIA) detected in the Cornwall and Devon during 2012.

This epidemiological report provides a summary of the investigations by the Animal and Plant Health Agency (APHA) to control these incidents.

The report looks at the detection of the disease, possible source and tracings, and the surveillance strategy.
