Ernest John Walter Holman has applied to the Environment Agency for a licence.

The Environment Agency is giving notice of this application in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006.

The application is for a renewal of a time limited variation of a licence to abstract water from an underground strata at Belt Farm, Aylsham at National Grid Reference TG 19949 27266.

Existing abstraction 2,000 cubic metres per year (20 cubic metres per day) for general agriculture. Variation to include 40,000 cubic metres per year (1,000 cubic metres per day) between April and November for spray irrigation.
