Information: advanced learner loans (ALL) funding and performance management rules for 2024 to 2025
The Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) has published the advanced learner loans (ALL) funding and performance management rules for funding year 2024 to 2025.
The main change from version 2, 2023 to 2024, published in May 2023 is that we have moved the first performance management point from September to October 2024. The rules apply to all providers of education and training who hold a loans agreement with ESFA.

The ESFA has published the maximum loan amounts guide for funding year 2024 to 2025.
This document confirms we have maintained the same maximum loan amounts for qualifications that we designated for loans in 2023 to 2024.
