Developing the ESFA customer commitment
We are looking for volunteers who are willing to review a draft of the customer commitment plan and provide us with feedback.
The draft commitment details our ambitions and commitments, to deliver continuous improvements to the services we offer.
If you would like to participate in the draft review, this will take about 20 minutes of your time, please email ESFA.CHANGEPROGRAMME@education.gov.uk by close of play on Tuesday 22 May.
