Details

Assesses the costs and benefits to businesses and consumers of new requirements on the delivery period for goods. Also covers prohibition of premium rate helplines, and prohibition on making any additional payments the default option, for all sales between a business and a consumer. One of four impact assessments (URN 12/1000-12/1003), which accompany the consultation on the implementation of the Consumer Rights Directive (12/999).
