Details

The Economic Secretary of the Treasury has written to the Chief Executive of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), Andrew Bailey, confirming HM Treasury’s intention to designate the FCA as the competent authority for the authorisation and supervision of third party verifiers (TPVs) under the EU Securitisation Regulation which will come into effect on 1 January 2019.
