The version of the operational programme above was used for the strategic environmental assessment. This version will not be used to send to the European Commission and is not being consulted on.

The European Regional and Development Fund Operational Programme is the main document for setting out the strategy and priorities for use of the fund to support the Europe 2020 strategy for smart, sustainable and inclusive growth. It also contains high level information on how the fund will be delivered, managed and evaluated including partnership arrangements.

Responses to the strategic environmental assessment consultation are invited.
