This report provides baseline results from the formative phase of the three-year external evaluation, conducted by a team at the Harvard Humanitarian Initiative (HHI), of the DEPP.

Details

The DEPP is a £40 million humanitarian capacity development programme funded by the Department for International Development (DFID) and being implemented in 10 countries considered to be at high risk for disasters and emergencies. The countries include: Kenya, Ethiopia, South Sudan, Democratic Republic of Congo, Mozambique, Jordan, Myanmar, Philippines, Bangladesh and Pakistan.
