This process evaluation considers the:
- effectiveness of Skills Bootcamps’ delivery
- experiences of those involved in the training
- early perceptions of outcomes achieved through participation
The analysis explores what works, or otherwise, to support the delivery of Skills Bootcamps and inform future continuous improvement activity.
The evaluation report includes research with learners, employers and providers who were engaged with Skills Bootcamps. This included:
- analysis of management information
- implementation surveys
- qualitative interviews and focus groups
CFE Research conducted this research on behalf of the Department for Education.
