Details

This report is an evaluation of the 2014 to 2020 European Social Fund (ESF) Operational Programme plans for England before they are implemented. It looks at whether the programme plans are fit for purpose and meet ESF requirements. The report findings have been used to help develop the Operational Programme on an on-going basis.

The ESF is one of the funds involved in the European Structural and Investment Funds Growth Programme for 2014 to 2020. ESF focuses on improving employment opportunities, promoting social inclusion and investing in skills by providing help people need to fulfill their potential.
