Details
This document outlines progress made in the last 5 years as a consequence of Public Health England’s (PHE) national physical activity framework, Everybody active, every day (EAED). The writing of this publication is in response to an independent review of the framework undertaken by global consultancy provider ICF, which was published in April 2020.
It summarises the creation and dissemination of the framework, how the physical activity agenda has subsequently developed, and details independent feedback from stakeholders in response to the framework’s 4 core domains. The document concludes by discussing future actions and recommendations identified from the review process. Read a review of Everybody active, every day – 5 years on final report, ICF (2020).
The data collection process for the ICF review and their subsequent final release were both completed prior to the coronavirus (COVID-19) global pandemic.
