The Secretary of State for Education has provided this evidence to the School Teachers’ Review Body (STRB). It shows how the pay award for the academic year 2014 to 2015 should apply for teachers and school leaders.

This evidence follows the Secretary of State’s remit letter to the STRB requesting recommendations on how to apply the 2014 pay award.
