Migrant Help

Migrant Help brings over 60 years of experience in empowering vulnerable migrants across the country. We have supported thousands of individuals through a national network of services and are able to offer face-to-face and remote support to those transitioning to the new digital immigration system.

Scotland

Citizens Advice Scotland

The Scottish Association of Citizens Advice Bureaux has a history of providing high-quality advice services for more than 80 years. There are 59 Citizens Advice Bureaux across Scotland providing free, independent, confidential and impartial advice available to everyone.

If you need support with your eVisa, you can get help from your local Citizens Advice Bureau in Scotland. You can find your local bureau by using the postcode tool or by phoning Scotland’s Citizens Advice Helpline. eVisa support will be supplemented with holistic advice on benefits, debt, income maximisation, housing, energy or anything relevant to your case.

Northern Ireland

Advice NI

Advice NI is the leading advice network across Northern Ireland with more than 65 member organisations providing information, advice and advocacy services on an extensive range of issues. Our vision is of a society of confident, informed and active people who can access their rights and entitlements.

Advice NI provides a regional freephone helpline offering advice on debt (personal and business), tax and benefits, welfare benefits and EU Settlement Status. All services are delivered through a multi-channel approach and are aligned to the Northern Ireland Advice Quality Standard’s principles.

In addition, we offer support to those transitioning from physical immigration documents to a digital eVisa.

Wales

Welsh Refugee Council

The Welsh Refugee Council (WRC) delivers essential support services, specialist advice, resettlement activities, and advocacy for refugees and sanctuary seekers (R&SS) living in Wales.  

Support in person can be accessed at one of our offices in Cardiff, Newport, Swansea and Wrexham. You can book an appointment online or by telephone.

WRC is a lead partner in the Welsh Refugee Coalition. The Welsh Refugee Coalition is a group of 58 organisations, who work together to improve policies and practices, affecting people seeking safety in Wales.
