Details

This study aimed to firstly develop and test a measure of procedural justice (PJ). Then secondly, the study aimed to examine differences in, PJ perceptions for different groups, and test the relationship between people’s perceptions and their probation experiences. The analysis utilised the responses to a survey administered in 2018 to over 18,000 people under supervision in the community in England and Wales.
