Details

These are examples of letters sent to existing Disability Living Allowance (DLA) claimants, inviting them to begin a claim for the new Personal Independence Payment (PIP). The letters cover:

• how to claim
• what happens after starting a claim
• where to go to find out more or to get help and advice

The letters also explain what will happen if the individual chooses not to claim PIP.

   Four new versions of sample letters have been added for 'Your Disability Living Allowance is ending' - (PIP.0185), (PIP.0201) (PIP.0202) and (PIP.0204),
