This document contains the following information: Exchange of letters between the government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China amending the Agreement between the government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China concerning air services done at Hong Kong 25 July 1997: Hong Kong, 23 February and 24 February 2012.

The Exchange of letters entered into force on 24 February 2012.

This Command Paper was laid before Parliament by a Government Minister by Command of Her Majesty. Command Papers are considered by the Government to be of interest to Parliament but are not required to be presented by legislation.
