Details

In accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding between HM Treasury and the Office for Budget Responsibility (OBR), the Chancellor has written to the Chair of the Budget Responsibility Committee to ask that he confirm that the OBR will undertake additional responsibilities relating to the welfare cap.
