This document contains the following information: Exchange of notes between the government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the government of the Russian Federation concerning the Agreement between the government of the Russian Federation and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland on provision of assistance for the implementation of the Convention on the prohibition of development, production, stockpiling and use of chemical weapons and on their destruction in the Russian Federation: Moscow, 1 June 2004 and 27 September 2004.

The Agreement entered into force on 27 September 2004.

This Command Paper was laid before Parliament by a Government Minister by Command of Her Majesty. Command Papers are considered by the Government to be of interest to Parliament but are not required to be presented by legislation.
