This document contains the following information: Exchange of notes between the government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the United Nations Interim Administration Mission in Kosovo (UNMIK) concerning the transfer of Mr Luan Goci to the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland : Kosovo, 25 May 2006 and London, 16 June 2006.

The Exchange of Notes entered into force on 16 June 2006.

This Command Paper was laid before Parliament by a Government Minister by Command of Her Majesty. Command Papers are considered by the Government to be of interest to Parliament but are not required to be presented by legislation.
