If your HGV vehicle is an exempt goods vehicle weighing more than 3,500kg or a public service vehicle you will need to use this form.

Some vehicles don’t have to take an HGV annual test including:

  • tractors
  • goods vehicles powered by electricity
  • vehicles less than 1 year old
