Exercise DRAGON was a live multi-agency Oil Spill Response Exercise designed to test the United Kingdom’s (UK) National Contingency Plan - A Strategic Overview for Responses to Marine Pollution from Shipping and Offshore Installations (NCP).

The exercise held on 10th and 11th September 2014 involving over 180 participants from 39 organisations operating across 15 different response cells in Liverpool, London, Cheshire, Warrington, North Wales and Milan.
