Details

The research assesses the proportion of homicides that can be shown to have links to organised crime and examines differences in characteristics between organised crime-related homicides and other homicides.

The research was based on analysis of Home Office Homicide Index data for 2005-06 and in-depth interviews with senior investigating officers.
