How to complete the optional indications certificate application form

You’ll need to send an optional indications certificate with each consignment of poultry meat that’s:

• exported from Great Britain to the EU
• moved from Great Britain to Northern Ireland

Apply for an optional indications certificate if you export or move poultry meat and give extra information about the method of farming or chilling, like free range or air chilled.
