The Regulator of Community Interest Companies is an independent statutory office-holder appointed by the Secretary of State for Business Innovation and Skills (BIS) and the Regulator’s Office is funded by BIS. The Regulator’s recruitment services are also provided by BIS and the Regulator does not have her own recruitment department.
