Details

The Extradition Act 2003 Codes of Practice provide guidance on the operation of police powers in extradition cases in England, Wales and Northern Ireland.

The Code of Practice for Non-UK Extradition Transit provides guidance on the use of police powers for extradition transit through the UK.

These codes of practice were presented to Parliament in February 2021.
