Details

The UK and Scottish governments will work collaboratively with partners in Falkirk to deliver a Growth Deal that will help to transform its economy. This “Heads of Terms” document defines the broad activities to be supported, subject to approval of full business cases that confirm these activities are viable, value for money, sustainable and subsidy control compliant to the satisfaction of both governments. This Heads of Terms document does not form a legally binding contract.

The investment of £40 million from the UK Government and £40 million from the Scottish Government and a contribution of £50.8 million from the local partners will result in a Growth Deal package worth up to £130.8 million for the region.
