The Agriculture Act (2020) places a duty on the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs to lay and publish an annual report providing information about the financial assistance given as part of the farming and countryside programme.

This is the second of those reports and relates to financial year 2022 to 2023, the second year of the agricultural transition.
