Details

The Economic Secretary of the Treasury has written to the Chief Executive of the FCA, Andrew Bailey, confirming the responsibilities for which HM Treasury intends to designate to FCA as the competent authority under the EU Securitisation Regulation which will come into effect on 1 January 2019. This is in addition to the Economic Secretary of the Treasury’s letter of 23 July 2018.
