Using smart phones, tablets and other internet-linked devices

Completing a survey on smart phone or other device is possible. We have made the learner satisfaction survey accessible on smart phones.
The settings vary on each of these and any testing should be carried out by someone familiar with accessing web pages on the relevant device. Please note the appearance of the questionnaire may also vary slightly between different devices although there should be no difference in functionality.
Instructions
1.Select your Internet Browser on the device and enter the weblink www.ipsos-mori.com/learnersatisfaction shown (with ‘ipsosinteractive’ in it.). Don’t worry about this, either link will do.
2.It is recommended that the relevant staff carry the following information needed to complete the survey: a copy of your organisation’s UKPRN number and a list of the learner’s unique learner number or learner reference number as entered on the individualised learner record
3.Learners need to be aware that some vertical scrolling will be required to view most pages although horizontal scrolling should not be necessary.
4.After the initial provider and learner details have been entered, most learners should have no difficulty in navigating through the rest of the questionnaire and entering their responses.
5.Once you reach the last screen and select submit you may need to close your web browser manually. The process of doing this varies from device to device.
