Parole Board Complaints Form

Details

At the Parole Board we encourage feedback, both positive and negative on our polices, services and performance. Feedback helps us understand how we are performing and identify opportunities for improvements to our services. We welcome your views on your experience of dealing with us.

How do I provide feedback?

Anyone can provide feedback to the Parole Board and there is no time limit for doing so. All feedback will be acknowledged, recorded and reviewed in order to identify improvements to develop our services. You can provide feedback by writing to feedback@paroleboard.gov.uk.

What happens after I provide feedback?

Your feedback will be acknowledged by our team and analysed to gain insight to inform on policies, procedures and service development. In some instances, and where appropriate, you may be contacted with a response.

Should your feedback require investigation, or if you wish to raise a formal complaint about an aspect of our service or conduct of a Parole Board employee or Parole Board panel member, please view our complaints procedure.
