The Fees and Resources Advisory Panel (FRAP) is chaired by the CEO of the Regulator of Social Housing or a deputy nominated by the CEO. It includes a single representative nominated by each of the following organisations:
- Almshouse Association
- Association for Retained Council Housing (ARCH)
- Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH)
- Councils With ALMOs Group (CWAG)
- Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC)
- G15
- G320
- Homes for the North
- Local Government Association (LGA)
- National Housing Federation (NHF)
- Placeshapers
- TPAS
- UK Finance (or member organisation nominated by UK Finance).
- Individual providers as selected by the regulator to ensure an appropriate geographic and sectoral coverage of views.
