This form can be used if you’re submitting dormant accounts for a company limited by shares:
- which has never traded
- where the only transaction is the issue of subscriber shares
File your company’s accounts online to update your information as quickly as possible.
It takes longer to process paper forms sent to us by post.
Do not use this paper form AA02 if you need to file dormant accounts for a period beginning before 6 April 2008. You must use an older version from the National archive website.
