The government has confirmed measures to be included in Finance Bill 2015. These are set out in Chapter 1 of the Overview of Tax Legislation and Rates (OOTLAR) document.

The government has also published Notes on Resolutions, which give a brief description of each of the Budget Resolutions.

   Updated Overview of Tax Legislation and Rates document to reflect that a number of clauses which had been intended for Finance Bill 2015 were deferred as a result of parliamentary discussions in the context of the end-of-Parliament wash up process.
