This letter and its annexes serve as a written notice to improve financial management, control and governance at Sawtry Community College and Academy Trust Company.

The second letter was sent to the Sawtry Community College in August 2015 to lift the financial notice to improve. The Sawtry Community College transferred to Cambridge Meridian Academies Trust in April 2015.
