This letter and its annex serve as a written notice to improve financial management, control and governance The Silver Birch Academy Trust.
On 1 April 2019, all schools in The Silver Birch Academy Trust moved to a new trust. As the funding agreement with The Silver Birch Academy Trust has been terminated, the conditions of the FNtI no longer apply and this FNtI is now closed.
