  1. the initialling of draft financial resolutions by the Financial Secretary to the Treasury ("FST") (paragraphs 5.26 to 5.28); changes to the FST between initalling and tabling of a financial resolution (paragraphs 5.29 and 5.30); recent examples of where a financial resolution was tabled simultaneously with a notice of presentation (paragraph 5.51); an update to the model money resolution, in particular ensuring consistency between limbs (1)(b) and (c) of the model resolution as regards the use of sums incurred / payable "under or by virtue of" (Appendix B).
