IJ Ltd isn’t due to pay the employee again until 31 December 2021, which is after the Job Support Scheme ends, so they will not be able to claim for any JSS Open days in 2021.

IJ Ltd may wish to consider moving the director to a weekly or monthly pay frequency throughout January, February, March and April so that they can claim through JSS Open for those months.
